Returns & Refunds: If part of an order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the promotion conditions, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund. WHAT IS A GICLÉE FINE ART PRINT?
The descriptive term fine art giclée print has become synonymous with a very high quality print. The criteria used to define a fine art giclée print are the choice of the type of print and the choice of quality of the materials used for the print, namely the colors and the support (paper or canvas).
Giclee printing refers to an inkjet print. This printing system consists of depositing pigment-based ink in the form of small drops sprayed onto the sheet. In fact, translated, the term giclée means "to spray". The prints produced through this process have a superior chromatic and visual quality to other types of digital printing. The inkjet printers used must be equipped with high precision and a wide chromatic range, in order to guarantee excellent results.
Currently, fine art giclée printing is the print production process with the highest visual quality and longest lifespan.
THE MATERIALS WE USE FOR OUR PRINTS
Our prints are created using the sophisticated giclée printing process.
The Hahnemühle paper we use for small format prints has a smooth surface with a barely noticeable texture, a natural white matt finish and a weight of 200 g/m2. The Ilford paper, on the other hand, which we use for all the other print sizes, has a smooth, velvety, matt surface with a natural white tint and a weight of 320 g/m2. The Hahnemühle canvas has a smooth, uniform texture and a weight of 370 g/m2.
The premium Hahnemühle/Ilford paper and canvas we use for our prints, combined with Lucia Pro inks, enable excellent colour retention, with your print maintaining the desired look even for up to 100 years.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM-SIZED PRINTS?
Yes, in certain cases, we can provide custom sizes. You can request custom-sized prints by sending us a message from the Contact Us page or by sending an e-mail to central@u3faktory.com
In your inquiry, please specify the support (paper or canvas) and include the title of the print you are interested in, along with the specific size you want. If your custom-sized print request is possible, we will respond with details on how to proceed, including pricing and payment instructions.
MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, WHAT DO I DO?
If an item is missing from your order, email us with your order number and photos of the package and items you did receive. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly and send any missing items as soon as possible.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If you received the wrong item contact us right away at central@u3faktory.com. Provide your order number, and include clear photos of the incorrect item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will resend the correct item at no additional cost.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
If your package arrived damaged contact us right away at central@u3faktory.com. Provide your order number, and include clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled before they are marked as Ready for Shipment. After that stage, they are already processed and booked with the courier, and cannot be stopped. You can cancel your order via My Orders (for account holders) or if you ordered as a guest, contact us with your order number via our Contact Us page or via email at central@u3faktory.com
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer a 14-day return policy for our art prints, original artworks, accessories, and other items sold through our online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you created an account during checkout, you can initiate your return directly from the My Orders section. If you ordered as a guest, contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at central@u3faktory.com. Include your order number, details about the product(s) you want to return (name and size), reason for return, and a phone number for courier scheduling. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

WHAT IF I REFUSE THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you refuse the delivery of your order, unfortunately, that does not mean the package will be returned to us automatically. Instead, the package might be destroyed. It is the customer's full responsibility and we cannot offer refunds for refused deliveries that have been destroyed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

The prints are made to order, it takes us an estimated 6-24 hours to process your order and ship it.
The Originals are delivered packaged in a custom-sized highly protective wooden box. The creation of the wooden box and the preparation of the order requires around 5-12 business days before it can be shipped out.
Unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays or supply chain issues may occasionally cause delays. By placing an order, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that no claims can be made for missed deadlines.

Shipping from Italy - All our orders are shipped from Italy, meaning no customs duties will be applied to your purchase. The shipping cost depends on the shipping method and where you are based. Difficult to reach localities might have an extra cost added to the flat shipping rate, calculated at Checkout.
